Job Summary:
To design, plan, and optimize compensation and benefits programmes that attract, retain, and develop talent, while ensuring cost effectiveness and driving a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and continuous enhancement of salary structures and job architecture to support career progression, internal equity, and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive annual reward cycles (increment, bonus, incentives) to recognise performance, reinforce a high-performance culture, and support business outcomes.
- Manage workforce cost planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling, ensuring efficient and sustainable investment in talent.
- Lead and support Total Rewards projects (e.g. job architecture, reward frameworks, benefits transformation) from planning through execution.
- Design and optimise benefits programmes to enhance employee value proposition while ensuring cost efficiency and business relevance.
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, including retention, pay equity, and performance differentiation, to support informed decision-making
Requirements:
- 4–7 years in strategic HR planning, compensation, benefits, job architecture, or HR process improvement.
- Exposure to salary structure, benefits program design, career progression, and market benchmarking.
- Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills with the ability to derive insights and make sound recommendations for reward strategies.
- Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and job architecture best practices, relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex reward and HR planning matters to HR, management, and employees.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
