About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Staying updated with the industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing directly or indirectly.
- Strategize and plan out social media content direction and publish date for agencies to execute.
- Liaise closely with agencies to produce social media contents.
- Identifying trends, content gaps and target audience preferences.
- Ensuring content creation for different platforms and distribution across multiple platforms and channels.
- Developing and studying essential KPIs and metrics of content performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with content creation, strategy building and content marketing.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.
- Good understanding of user behavior and user experience design.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Facebook platforms.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
