Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FP&A AM / Manager to lead financial planning and analysis activities, partnering closely with business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business performance reporting, and delivering actionable insights to senior management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating business opportunities, improving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting long-term business planning while collaborating across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, and business forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide commercial insights and improve profitability.
- Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, investments, and new initiatives.
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Support month-end financial review, reporting, and audit-related activities.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen FP&A governance, and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance experience.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and business partnering skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
