Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable customer experience solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to build modern omnichannel contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

Because apparently customers now expect businesses to answer calls, chats, and complaints without sounding like a broken vending machine.

Key Responsibility:

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
  • Architect omnichannel solutions including voice, chat, task management, and analytics
  • Work with cloud, security, and integration teams to ensure solution reliability and compliance
  • Support deployment planning, testing, migration, and go-live activities
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals
  • Stay updated on AWS and customer experience technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services
  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies and customer engagement platforms
  • Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and cloud deployment
  • Familiarity with APIs, CRM integrations, and workflow automation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • AWS certifications are an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens
  • Knowledge of IVR design and call routing strategies
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms
  • Understanding of customer experience transformation projects
  • Exposure to workforce optimization and analytics tools
