We are hiring multiple experienced engineers focused on AMD laptop bareboard R&D, testing, debugging and power optimization, to strengthen our hardware technical team and deliver high-quality product solutions. All roles require a bachelor's degree in Electronic Information, Microelectronics, Computer Hardware or related fields, plus 3+ years professional experience in AMD platform bareboard projects.

1. Debug Engineer

Responsible for full-process bareboard debugging during R&D and testing phases; locate, analyze and resolve hardware failures and signal anomalies, and deliver troubleshooting reports and solutions. Support R&D on design verification, draft test cases, track defect closure, and use oscilloscopes and related tools to identify root causes. Summarize debugging cases and optimize cross-team testing workflows. Candidates with solid x86 basics and AMD platform experience are preferred.

2. Power Management Engineer

Conduct testing, verification and optimization for bareboard power management modules to ensure stable and efficient power system operation. Develop power test plans, complete performance, stability and low-power verification, analyze test data and drive design improvements. Troubleshoot power-related issues, follow industry advanced technologies, and upgrade existing test processes. Familiarity with AMD power architecture, PMIC circuits, power timing and ripple testing is required.

3. Power Performance Engineer

Balance power consumption and overall performance for AMD laptop bareboards to optimize device performance and battery life. Design test solutions for CPU/GPU power consumption and performance evaluation, analyze data, identify performance bottlenecks, and promote iteration and optimization. Cooperate with multi-functional teams on hardware design and power strategy adjustment, and establish unified testing standards. Knowledge of laptop thermal design and performance tuning is a plus.

4. Memory Engineer

Take charge of DDR4/DDR5 memory testing, verification and optimization on AMD bareboards. Complete timing, signal integrity and compatibility tests, sort out test cases, and promote problem rectification. Investigate memory failures, support layout and signal link optimization, and improve standard testing procedures. Candidates need proficiency in DDR protocol principles, AMD memory controllers and basic BIOS memory configuration.

5. PCIE Engineer

Perform verification and optimization for PCIE 3.0/4.0/5.0 interfaces on bareboards, ensuring stable link communication and compatibility. Formulate professional test plans, evaluate link speed and compatibility indicators, analyze abnormal data and push for design corrections. Troubleshoot PCIE failures, track cutting-edge interface technologies, and update test specifications. Familiarity with PCIE protocols and AMD controller features is essential.

6. GPU Testing Engineer

Responsible for integrated Radeon GPU testing on AMD bareboards, covering performance, stability and compatibility verification. Execute graphics rendering, functional and reliability tests with professional tools, analyze data and resolve display anomalies and performance bottlenecks. Cooperate with R&D teams to optimize hardware designs and continuously upgrade GPU testing standards. Experience with 3DMark and mainstream GPU testing tools is preferred.
