Job Requirements:
- Define specification & architecture of analog circuit blocks
- Responsible for circuit design, simulation, verification, iteration, and evaluation to meet the performance goals
- Experience in analog circuit design and product development of high-speed interface physical layer (PHY) of one or more communication protocols (PCIe, DDR, USB, HDMI, MIPI, Ethernet & etc.)
- Hands-on experience in building blocks such as SERDES, PLL, CDR, TX/RX, ADC/DAC, OPAMP, I/O buffer and etc.
- Identify and refine circuit architectures to achieve optimal power, area and performance targets
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as custom layout, digital, software, product and test engineers.
- Provide guidance to layout designers and monitor the progress of IC layout
- Consult on the electrical characterization of your circuit and propose solutions for post-silicon design updates
- Create and present design/evaluation review documentation
- Report design progress, collect, track, and resolve any performance and circuit design issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS / MS / PhD with strong semiconductor physics & analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design capabilities
- Prior experience in high-speed interface circuit design in FinFET as added advantage
- Team player with good written and oral communication skills
