Analog Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits (SerDes, DDR, and other high-speed I/O interfaces)
- Design PLL, DLL, clock generation, and high-speed clock distribution circuits
- Develop analog power circuits such as LDOs, Bandgap References, and power delivery solutions
- Perform transistor-level simulation, analog timing analysis, and design verification
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure design performance, reliability, and successful tapeout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design
- Experience with advanced process nodes (≤7nm)
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit topologies, noise, signal integrity, and device physics
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, ADE, Spectre, and related analog design tools
- Experience in analog RTL modeling and analog timing analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SerDes, DDR PHY, or other high-speed interface designs
- Experience with PLL, DLL, LDO, Bandgap, and power management circuits
- Samsung ≤5nm design/layout experience is a strong plus
- Silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation experience preferred
