Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Data Analytics & Insights

  • Lead and prepare workforce data analytics for the Asia region, delivering actionable dashboard/insights on headcount, headcount movement, attrition, hiring, productivity, and HC forecast.
  • Support regional and global workforce planning and scenario analysis using data-driven methodologies such as position management and monthly HC data forecast process.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs to understand workforce-related questions, analytical needs, and decision requirements, and translate those needs into structured solutions, including but not limited to Workday Report, to Global HR technology and Analytical teams, as aligned with global standards and regional priorities.

2. Workday Regional Support & Enhancements

  • Serve as the regional key focal point for Workday, supporting day-to-day system usage across HR Shared Services, HRBPs, and managers.
  • Manage regional Workday enhancement requests, including requirement gathering, impact analysis, testing (UAT), and deployment coordination with Global HR technology teams.
  • Act as regional coordination point for data integration between Workday and regional payroll system across Asia and support continuous improvement of data integration processes by identifying recurring issues and data quality gaps.
  • Ensure regional compliance, data quality, and standardized usage of Workday across multiple countries in Asia.
  • Act as the regional voice to Global HR Technology teams, ensuring local regulatory and operational requirements are considered in global design decisions.
  • Support Workday releases by assessing regional impact, coordinating testing, and enabling user readiness whenever needed.

3. Global Systems Support (ServiceNow & Others)

  • Support the usage and continuous improvement of global HR-related systems, including ServiceNow for HR case management.
  • Partner with Global teams to optimize system workflows, knowledge articles, and employee self-service experience.
  • Analyze system data (e.g. ticket trends, resolution time, user behavior) to identify process improvement opportunities.

4. Local System Support & Integration

  • Own the regional view of local HR systems and tools used in Asia for processes such as offboarding checklists, contract renewals, new hire assimilation training.
  • Assess opportunities to migrate, integrate, or standardize local HR processes into global platforms (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, or other global tools), in alignment with global HR technology roadmap.
  • Support change management, communication, and user readiness as local processes are gradually absorbed into global systems.

5. AI & Digital Enablement

  • Support the regional adoption of global AI-enabled HR technologies.
  • Identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve HR efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making.
  • Act as a regional change agent to promote responsible, effective, and scalable use of AI in HR operations.

6. Stakeholder & Governance

  • Act as a key liaison between Global HR Technology teams, Global Data Analytical team and Asia HR stakeholders.
  • Support system governance, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide training, guidance, and enablement to HR users across the region.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, HRIS, or HR digital transformation roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workforce analytics.
  • Experience supporting regional HR systems in a multi-country Asia environment. Workday experience is required.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or similar HR case management platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience working with global teams and operating in a matrix organization.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with workforce planning or headcount governance models.
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools applied in HR (e.g. chatbots, AI reporting, RPA).
  • Basic knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Change management or project management experience in system rollouts.
