JOB SUMMARY

- Support end-to-end business process analysis and transformation initiatives by analysing and documenting business requirements, operational data process architectures to drive efficiency and strategic alignment. This role is also required to translate business needs into structured solution specifications that enable digital transformation, optimisation, and automation.
- Support implementation activities by validating requirements, monitoring progress and assessing performance outcomes to ensure alignment with approved specification.
- Support cross-functional stakeholder engagements and conduct training workshops to equip users with the knowledge and skills required to operate and sustain solutions independently. Provide advisory support to business and technology teams to ensure solution coherence, risk mitigation, and sustainable operational impact.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Innovation and Process Excellence
1.Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, process flows and operational data to support process improvement, digitalisation and system enhancement initiatives.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions and workshops to ensure business needs are accurately captured and understood.
- Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, functional specifications and related artefacts for review and validation.
2.Process Assessment & Problem Analysis
- Analyse operational processes, business issues and performance data to identify root causes, process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate solution options and recommend practical improvements aligned with business objectives and project scope.
- Support impact assessments and feasibility evaluations for proposed initiatives.
3.Solution Delivery & Implementation Support
- Support solution design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution activities to ensure business requirements are appropriately addressed.
- Validate solution outcomes against approved requirements and identify gaps, defects or enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor implementation progress and coordinate follow-up actions to support successful delivery.
4.Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Liaise with business users, project teams and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify issues and ensure alignment throughout project execution.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items and track resolution of outstanding matters.
- Support change adoption and communication activities related to improvement initiatives.
5.Documentation, Reporting & Governance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, status updates and project artefacts for management and stakeholder review.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control and record management practices in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements, documentation standards and approved methodologies.
6.Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Support quality assurance activities by validating requirements, reviewing deliverables and ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Follow established project management, change management and governance procedures.
- Escalate risks, issues or potential deviations where appropriate.
7.Continuous Improvement & Capability Development
- Analyse process performance data and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service improvement.
- Support implementation of approved optimisation initiatives and monitor outcomes.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Pass the Bahasa Melayu subject, including an oral test, at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other related qualifications recognised by the Government.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, automation initiatives, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with automation and digital technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Query, Power Platform, workflow tools, or similar technologies is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with practical exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process reviews across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, change management, user training, and implementation support.
- Proficient in preparing business requirement documents, process maps, business cases, functional specifications, reports, presentations, and other project artefacts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and possess strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
