About the Role

As anAnalyst, Investments & Operations, you will play a dual rolesupporting investment deal execution while also ensuring operational excellence across the firm. You will be involved in financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and investment structuring, while also assisting with corporate affairs, stakeholder coordination, and strategic growth initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Deal Execution

Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and investment opportunities to assess potential returns.

Develop financial models to project future performance and evaluate risk scenarios.

Assist in asset and company valuations using various methodologies.

Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks.

Participate in due diligence processes, verifying financial, legal, and operational aspects of transactions.

Support deal structuring, term negotiations, and documentation preparation (investment memos, presentations, and contracts).

Operational & Strategic Support

Act as a key liaison between the Partners and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage meeting schedules, prepare materials, and document key investment decisions.

Assist in corporate governance, compliance matters, and stakeholder engagements.

Track project progress and proactively identify and address challenges.

Maintain well-organized digital and physical records to ensure easy access to critical investment and operational data.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with investment professionals, legal teams, and external advisors to facilitate smooth deal execution.

Support strategic initiatives that enhance the firm's investment processes and operations.

Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and financial service providers to manage corporate matters.

Who You Are

Highly motivated and eager to develop a career in private equity, infrastructure investing, and corporate operations.

A strong analytical thinker with financial modeling and valuation expertise.

Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A confident communicator who can interact effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with financial analysis tools.

Background & Qualifications

Minimum CGPA of 3.50 or First Class Honours (or equivalent). A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, or corporate strategy is an advantage.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
