Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Melaka for an Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide decision-making processes and provide insights to improve operational efficiency. Key tasks involve generating reports, performing market research, quality assurance testing, and collaborating with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The Analyst will contribute to optimizing business processes and support strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and evaluate data effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with knowledge of databases and reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented with capabilities in quality assurance, accuracy verification, and process optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
