Responsibilities:

• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
• Conduct industry, market, and company research, including due diligence
• Prepare high-quality client presentations and pitch materials
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Perform valuations using various methodologies
• Provide administrative support throughout deal execution and general office operations
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
• Professional, well-presented, and able to communicate effectively

Good to have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships in investment banking or related fields
