Job Summary
Internally the role is called as Product Strategy Analyst. We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Product Strategy Analystto support our product planning and decision-making processes. This role will be responsible for conducting in-depth market and product analyses, driving assortment and seasonality strategies, and providing actionable insights to optimize product performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially astute, and able to transform complex data into strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Market Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive price studies to monitor competitiveness, market positioning, and profitability.
- Perform product and demand studies to identify sales trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with category and merchandising teams to develop data-backed assortment plans.
- Support seasonality planning by analyzing historical trends, demand forecasts, and market factors.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Troubleshoot operational challenges, including stock fulfilment and optimizing inventory management.
- Support and participate in ad hoc projects as requested by management, adapting quickly to new priorities and business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience .
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, and product lifecycle.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying process improvements.
