Role Purpose
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our strategy team. In this role, you will transform complex data into strategic roadmaps, leading client engagements and executing the deep-dive analyses necessary to drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Lead and facilitate collaborative client workshops to diagnose business challenges and define project objectives.
- Strategic Analytics: Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative researchincluding data mining, market intelligence, and valuation analysisto build evidence-based solutions.
- Data Modeling: Perform advanced data discovery and financial modeling to synthesize raw information into actionable business insights.
- Business Growth: Support firm-wide growth by contributing to high-stakes proposals and authoring thought leadership content.
- Communication & Delivery: Craft and present compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and lead internal project synchronization meetings.
- Project Management: Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring workstreams are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Professional Background: 5+ years of proven experience within Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Corporate Planning environments.
- Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (minimum Second Class Upper honors).
- Analytical Rigor: A highly structured approach to problem-solving with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in financial modeling and a strong grasp of business intelligence tools.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional business writing skills and the presence to deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership.
