Experience:

Overall 6-10 Years of experience in IT and minimum 2-3 years in Azure and/or AWS public cloud hosting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage resolution of IT operational issues.
• Manage and support on-prem systems, cloud systems (AWS and Azure) and IT Services such as M365.
• Manage and deploy system patches, upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage backup and recovery systems.
• Monitor and maintain backup jobs to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Manage and implement IT infrastructure-related projects.
• Configure and implement IT infrastructure based on cross-functional IT project requirements.
• Perform service monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and maintain technical procedure and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• Entry level to 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as Manage Engine, would be an advantage.
• Must have good communication skills in both written and verbal.
