Analyst, Working Capital Solution, Transaction Banking - Penang

Transaction Banking Malaysia is currently seeking highly motivated individual to join our fast paced and professional team. The incumbent is to ensure excellent customer's experience and deliver quality Transaction Banking's solutions and services. Amongst the responsibilities & requirements are as below :

Responsibilities:

• Contribute positively towards the achievement of unit's KPIs, performance and initiatives.
• Providing advisory on working capital solutions and cash management solutions covering CFS segment.
• Managing the assigned portfolio business relationships and deliver tiptop Customer's Experience.
• Identifying new business sales pipeline which include up selling & cross selling.
• Driving and deepening the wallet size and utilization of TB's solutions and services.
• Coordinate and correlate with all product partners and other channels within Maybank.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Results driven and fast learner.
• Good command in oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills, able to work as a team, as well as independently.
• Excellent organizing skills, analytical, assertive, and able to work in meeting deadlines.
• Willing to travel and possesses own transport.
• Preferable with working experience related to Transaction Banking Sales and knowledge of Trade Finance, Cash Management, Supply Chain and Banking processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
