Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintainAnsible playbooks, roles, and collections for automating system setups, application deployments, and infrastructure provisioning.
Administer and support the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including managing job templates, inventories, workflows, and credentials.
Work alongside DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Automate tasks like patching, compliance checks, and system hardening on Linux servers.
Diagnose and fix issues related to automation processes and system performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of automation workflows and best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other teams to support automation initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience using Ansible for automation.
Strong background in Linux system administration (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Proficient in creating and managing Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules.
Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform or AWX.
Familiarity with Bash or Python scripting.
Competence in using Git and version control best practices.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with automation tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
