Job Description
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
- Prepare and review reports for management to provide insights into financial performance.
- Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Train and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful AP Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in accounts payable within SSC environment.
- Strong direct management experience of at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
