APAC Engineering Manager
Lead the team building cutting-edge products across Asia-Pacific ·
We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to own end-to-end development of cutting-edge products across APAC. You'll set the technical direction and keep a team engineers building high-quality software at speed.
What you'll do
- Own the technical design and delivery of cutting-edge products, from architecture through to production
- Lead the SaaS transformation: drive reuse, reduce duplication, optimise multi-country deployments
- Set and enforce engineering standards - DevOps practices, security, observability, and minimal technical debt
- Partner closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams across APAC to translate strategy into working software
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience leading and growing software engineering teams
- Deep technical fluency. You can review code, challenge designs, and run proof-of-concepts yourself
- Strong stakeholder skills: You will be comfortable influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Solid background in Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices
