Thisroleisastrategicandhands-onHRprofessionaltosupportthedevelopmentandimplementationoftheAPACHRSharedServicesCenter(SSC).ThisrolewillplayakeypartinbuildinganddevelopingtheAPACHRSSCroadmapfromthegroundup,drivingprocessstandardization,andensuringsmoothtransitionandimplementationacrosstheregion.TheidealcandidatewillbringexpertiseinHRoperations,systems,compliance,andchangemanagement,withastrongfocusonefficiency,scalability,andstakeholderengagement.

RESPONSIBILITES

SSCRoadmapDevelopment

  • AssistindesigningandexecutingtheAPACHRSSCroadmapalignedwithregionalandglobalHRstrategies.
  • Assistindefiningservicescope,deliverymodel,andgovernancestructure.

ProcessStandardization&Transition

  • LeadthestandardizationofHRprocessesacrossAPACmarkets,identifyingbestpracticesandeliminatinginefficiencies
  • DevelopSOPsanddocumentationtosupportconsistentservicedelivery.
  • SupportthetransitionofHRservicesintotheSSC,ensuringminimaldisruptiontobusinessoperationsandstakeholderalignment.
  • CoordinatewithlocalHRteamsandstakeholderstomanagechangeeffectively.

PayrollSystem&ServiceModelEvaluation

  • LeadthesourcingandstandardizationofregionalpayrollsystemstosupportSSCoperations.
  • Assessin-sourcingvs.outsourcingmodelsforpayrollandotherHRservices,includingcost-benefitanalysisandROIevaluation.
  • Collaboratewithvendorsandinternalteamstoensuresystemcompatibilityandscalability.

SystemsIntegration&Automation

  • CollaboratewithHRISandITteamstoensuresystemssupportSSCoperations.
  • Evaluateandimplementtechnologysolutionstoenhanceservicedeliveryandautomation.

ManpowerPlanning&CostEfficiency

  • SupportworkforceplanningfortheSSC,ensuringoptimalstaffingandresourceallocation.
  • Identifyopportunitiesforcostsavingsandoperationalefficiencies.

Compliance&RiskManagement

  • EnsurestatutoryandlegalcomplianceacrossalljurisdictionswithinAPAC.
  • Maintainhighstandardsofdataprivacyandriskmanagementinlinewithlocalregulationsandglobalpolicies.
  • Monitorregulatorychangesandupdateprocessesaccordingly.

ChangeManagement&StakeholderEngagement

  • DrivechangemanagementinitiativestosupportSSCadoptionandculturalalignment.
  • Communicateeffectivelywithinternalstakeholderstoensurebuy-inandsmoothcollaboration.

ContinuousImprovement&PerformanceMonitoring

  • SetupandtrackKPIsandservicemetrics(SLA)toensurequalityandresponsiveness.
  • Implementcontinuousimprovementinitiativesbasedonfeedbackandperformancedata.

    Qualifications

    PROFILE(Education/experience/Skill/Certifications,etc)

    • Bachelor'sdegree
    • 10+yearshands-onexperiencebuildingortransformmulti-countryHRshared-servicesorganizationsinanmultinationalsetting
    • ExperiencewithHRsystems(e.g.Workday,SAP,SuccessFactors,ADP)andmulti-countrypayrollin10+APACmarkets.
    • FluentinEnglish(Mandarinpreferrable)
    • Lean/Six-Sigmaorsimilarprocess-improvementcertificationpreferred
    • Strongprojectmanagementandprocessimprovementskills
    • Excellentcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andanalyticalskills
    • Abilitytoworkinafast-paced,matrixed,andmulticulturalenvironment.
