- AssistindesigningandexecutingtheAPACHRSSCroadmapalignedwithregionalandglobalHRstrategies.
- Assistindefiningservicescope,deliverymodel,andgovernancestructure.
ProcessStandardization&Transition
- LeadthestandardizationofHRprocessesacrossAPACmarkets,identifyingbestpracticesandeliminatinginefficiencies
- DevelopSOPsanddocumentationtosupportconsistentservicedelivery.
- SupportthetransitionofHRservicesintotheSSC,ensuringminimaldisruptiontobusinessoperationsandstakeholderalignment.
- CoordinatewithlocalHRteamsandstakeholderstomanagechangeeffectively.
PayrollSystem&ServiceModelEvaluation
- LeadthesourcingandstandardizationofregionalpayrollsystemstosupportSSCoperations.
- Assessin-sourcingvs.outsourcingmodelsforpayrollandotherHRservices,includingcost-benefitanalysisandROIevaluation.
- Collaboratewithvendorsandinternalteamstoensuresystemcompatibilityandscalability.
