Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global multinational organisation to appoint a Regional HR Director, based in Singapore. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the people agenda across APAC within a high-growth and evolving business environment.
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, you will serve as the senior HR business partner for the region, with accountability for strengthening HR capability across multiple markets while advancing the organisation's people strategy. The role focuses on elevating HR business partnering, driving talent and engagement priorities, and delivering initiatives that support sustainable growth. Operating in a scaling environment, you will translate global frameworks into practical, locally relevant execution while building and developing high-performing in-country HR teams.
You will lead and develop country HR leaders across China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, raising capability and embedding consistent HR standards aligned with global Centres of Excellence, while ensuring appropriate localisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior business leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, and strategic people initiatives to drive business performance.
A central part of your remit will be leading the regional talent management agenda, including succession planning, leadership development, and capability building. You will translate global frameworks into practical, actionable strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure readiness for critical roles, while embedding a high-performance culture across markets. In parallel, you will drive the employee engagement agenda, enabling country teams to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience and partnering with leadership to strengthen culture and retention.
You will also lead cross-country HR initiatives, driving enhancements in processes, systems, and policies in partnership with Centres of Excellence, while supporting broader business priorities such as transformation programmes and, where relevant, M&A integration from a people perspective.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline and bring 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong foundation in talent management and a proven track record of building HR business partnering capability across multiple markets. Prior experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments and leading cross-functional initiatives is highly desirable, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive engagement through distributed teams. Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability are essential.
