The APAC Market & Business Insights Lead will be responsible for driving market and business intelligence initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide APAC Business Development stakeholders with data-driven insights and analytics to support pipeline development, opportunity sizing, client targeting, and deal prioritization.
  • Collect and integrate data from internal systems and external sources to build a comprehensive view of client and market activity.
  • Clean, validate, and transform datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across analyses and reporting outputs.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPI visualisations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enable self-service insights.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Produce ad hoc analysis and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver compelling BI product demos to clients, clearly communicating tool functionality and enabling them to identify actionable business insights that drive decision-making and opportunity development
  • Stay current on BI and analytics trends and continuously improve reporting, tooling, and analytics processes.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and relevant external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption of insights.

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, strategic planning, or a similar analytical role, with significant experience in the financial services or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data from various sources into meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
