About the role
The APAC OTC Commercial Lead is a strategic regional leadership role responsible for driving growth across Haleon's Over the Counter (OTC) portfolio by strengthening expert engagement, customer strategy, and field execution excellence across Asia-Pacific markets.
Sitting within the Commercial/Professional & Expert function, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and medical teams to shape the OTC expert ecosystem, including pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders. You will ensure strong alignment between commercial strategy, expert advocacy, and in-market execution to deliver sustainable growth across priority brands such as Panadol.
