A Successful QARA Lead (APAC) Should Have
- A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory requirements in the life sciences and retail industries.
- Proven ability to manage compliance processes and quality management systems (QMS).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with internal and external audits is an advantage.
