This Position reports to:
Regional Operations Manager - ELSE AsiaYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement support strategy for the designated area in line with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure seamless technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your knowledge by creating, implementing, and reviewing support strategy for the designated area based on the overall service business strategy.

This role is contributing to the Electrification in the service division.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Prepare competitive commercial proposals, considering the best available solutions and product mix for each assigned opportunity.
Oversee estimations, bids, and proposals, ensuring alignment with company standards and targets.
Ensure all bids and proposals are well-documented, timely, and include full and accurate cost details.
Supporting APAC local country team on commercial proposals to global key customer
Manage & resolve escalation from Global key customer
Support APAC local operations team on the best practices across APAC countries
Collaboration between multiple division to ensure customer satisfaction is met (ELDS: Electrification - Distribution Solutions, ELSP: Electrification - Smart Power, ELSE: Electrification - Service)
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering.
6-8 years of experience in site management, field service engineering, and sales estimation for offers.
Extensive knowledge of technical aspects related to Data Center projects.
Advanced skills in relevant tools, methodologies, and industry practices.
Proficient communication skills in English.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
