What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the APAC Talent Acquisition team, including periodic check-ins on KPIs and Recruitment Dashboard
  • Develop, plan and execute the employer brand in close collaboration with global Communication department
  • Manage and constantly improve the recruitment process and full life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive international recruitment efforts and provide guidance throughout the whole hiring process
  • Manage third party recruiting agencies
  • Liaise with the local HR teams and hiring managers to identify and plan recruitment requirements
  • Assure a great candidate experience and guide the candidate on benefits, salary and Nexperia's values and culture
  • Maintain the Recruitment Dashboard and report out to Senior Management
  • Manage the internal recruitment database, regular recruitment reporting and support the growth of the candidate pipeline
  • Recruitment for senior positions and conduct direct search activities to fill technically challenging roles and manage other active sourcing channels

What You Will Need


  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, business administration or similar
  • 5+ years of experience as recruitment manager in high-tech industry (preferably in semiconductor market)
  • Proven track record in actively sourcing candidates (within international companies with a matrix structure)
  • Affinity and experience with new technology (e.g. artificial intelligence tools)
  • Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Able to work with various recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and German (verbal and written)
  • Team player and strong motivator
  • Ability to manage various international stakeholders
