About The Role

This role plays a critical part in shaping how talent is attracted and delivered across APAC by combining regional leadership with a strong focus on building a scalable service model. The position will drive the evolution toward a more integrated and efficient recruitment setup, ensuring consistency, quality, and responsiveness across multiple markets. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment, innovation, and operational discipline, the role supports business growth by strengthening talent pipelines and elevating the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition in the region.

This is your new job

  • Lead and manage the APAC Talent Acquisition team, including regular KPI reviews and Recruitment Dashboard tracking to ensure delivery against hiring targets
  • Establish and lead the APAC Talent Attraction Shared Services Center (SSC), including operating model, governance, service scope, and performance standards
  • Drive the centralization and standardization of recruitment delivery through the SSC across APAC
  • Act as key stakeholder interface for business leaders, HRBPs, and global TA leadership regarding SSC services, capacity planning, and prioritization
  • Build and scale SSC capabilities, including team structure, capability development, and performance management
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop, plan, and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the global Communications team
  • Manage and continuously improve the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, assessment, interview, offer)
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive international recruitment and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Manage and optimize third-party recruiting agencies in line with SSC delivery model
  • Liaise with local HR teams and hiring managers to plan recruitment in line with workforce needs
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience, reflecting Nexperia's values and culture
  • Maintain and enhance the Recruitment Dashboard; report insights and performance metrics to senior management
  • Manage recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline development to enable proactive hiring
  • Lead recruitment for senior and business-critical roles, including direct sourcing for complex and niche positions

This is you


  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience in a high-tech environment (preferably semiconductor)
  • Proven experience in Shared Services or centralized recruitment models within international matrix organizations
  • Strong track record in active sourcing and managing complex, international hiring processes
  • Experience in building or scaling recruitment teams and/or SSC structures
  • Affinity for and experience with new technologies, including AI-based recruitment tools
  • Strong experience with ATS, CMS, and HR systems (preferably Workday)
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job boards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Ability to manage diverse international stakeholders effectively
