The Opportunity.

Thakral One is looking for an App Growth Hacker with 710 years of experience in app growth, performance marketing, or digital product management. The role focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven experiments, funnel optimization, and mobile analytics to maximize user lifetime value.

The Role.

• Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across CD mobile app
• Plan and execute growth experiments to optimize conversion funnels
• Work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to identify high-ROI levers for in-app engagement and monetization
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing on onboarding flows and push notifications
• Analyze user behavior and cohorts to uncover friction points and improve lifetime value (LTV).

The Expertise.

• 710 years experience in app growth, performance marketing, or digital product management
• Proven record in driving MAU, retention, and conversion for consumer apps (telecom, fintech, or digital platforms preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mobile analytics (Braze, Google analytics etc)
