We are looking for an execution-first
Application Developer who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and loves building real products from scratch.
You will drive product direction, UX logic, experimentation, and prioritisation. Your role is to
turn direction into working reality quickly, adapt when things change, and execute relentlessly when deadlines hit. This is not a role for process-heavy, slow-moving engineers. It is for builders.

build, adapt, and execute under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute product direction driven by strong product intuition and user-first thinking
- Build, test, and iterate on web-based products and features
- Translate rough ideas, flows, and UX logic into functional implementations
- Implement front-end product flows including UI/UX logic, modals, journeys, and interactions
- Collaborate closely with product direction that prioritises value over feature count
- Integrate AI-powered workflows (e.g. ChatGPT system prompts, tools, and models) into applications where relevant
- Integrate third-party APIs and services pragmatically
- Research and adapt world-class product patterns into practical implementations
- Pivot, or refactor features and products when direction changes
- Contribute to a portfolio mindset across multiple products

Must-Have Capabilities
- Hands-on coding experience (frontend + backend basics)
- Experience building products or features from scratch
- Comfortable working with unclear or evolving requirements
- Practical experience integrating APIs or external services
- Ability to self-learn, troubleshoot, and figure things out independently
- Execution-first mindset with low ego
- Willingness to put in focused hours when deadlines demand it
- Exposure to AI-powered products or tooling
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience of handling side or freelance projects
- Experience in startups, SMEs, agencies, or fast-moving teams
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and common backend stacks
