Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and in-depth pre- and post-sales technical support for instrument control and automation software.
  • Understand customer problems and efficiently resolve technical inquiries via remote channels such as phone, email, and portals.
  • Research solutions by replicating customer issues in the lab.
  • Connect all layers (hardware, software, and user workflow) by troubleshooting end-to-end system issues, not just software.
  • Identify gaps between customer expectations and current software capabilities, and provide workarounds/recommendations as necessary while delivering proactive feedback to Product Management and R&D teams.
  • Provide customer insights by acting as the technical voice of the customer (VoC) and influencing product roadmap and enhancements.
  • Contribute technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge Base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Typically, 8+ years of experience in using Test & Measurement instrumentation/software
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. And be able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
  • Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
  • Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
  • Be able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
