Job Responsibilities
- Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
- Perform Level 2 of production support
- Perform problem investigation problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.
- Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
- Perform application health check and monitoring
Job Requirements
- Required to work on shifts on a rotational basis to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off. (9 hours per shift 6:30am to 3:30pm/ 2:30pm to 11:30pm)
- Work location is in Cyberjaya
- Good knowledge in Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS) or Silverlake Integrated Card System (SICS).
- Possess technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control-M and Connect Direct
- Possess technical knowledge in design or support application servicing online channels using handler method and batch job execution in AS/400 subsystem, using Job Description, Job Queue, Data Queue or Message Queue setup.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and team player.
- Able to work with cross border colleagues.
