Job Description
- Develop and promote warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Design and configure automation concepts based on customer requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and analyse operational workflows.
- Assess technical feasibility and commercial viability of proposed solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, layouts, and technical proposals.
- Present solutions to customers and support negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Ensure opportunities are managed according to established quality standards and procedures.
- Support project handover, implementation planning, and customer engagement activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling systems, technical sales, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of automated logistics and warehouse systems.
- Experience in solution design, costing, and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
