Job Profile Application Owner / Product Manager
Job Summary
As an Application Owner/Product Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day ownership
and success of a SaaS-based CRM platform supporting multiple APAC markets. This role
focuses on making clear product-level decisions, managing vendor delivery, prioritising market
needs, and ensuring successful rollouts.
Operating at a Manager level, the Application Owner/Product Manager works closely with PMO,
Tech Leads, QA, Support, and business stakeholders to drive execution, maintain delivery
discipline, and protect product focus, while escalating strategically where needed.

Essentials:
General Responsibilities
Own the CRM application on a day-to-day basis
Maintain and execute the product roadmap
Priorities enhancements, fixes, and market requests
Translate business requirements into clear scopes and trade-offs
Work with PMO to track plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with Tech Leads, QA, and Support teams
Support market onboarding and rollout execution
Monitor platform performance and usage
Vendor & SaaS Management Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationship with the SaaS vendor
Validate vendor proposals and timelines
Raise delivery risks early
Ensure vendor outputs meet agreed standards
Stakeholder & Market Responsibilities
Clarify priorities with business stakeholders
Challenge over-customisation requests
Support alignment across stakeholders
Communicate clearly on scope and timelines
Leadership Responsibilities

Education
