In this position, you will provide technical application support and customer training on specialized diagnostic and surgical equipment used in clinical practice. The role also involves contributing to product development and enhancements in collaboration with the sales and marketing team, with particular focus on precision instruments supporting vision care and patient diagnostics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and consultation on specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Deliver pre-sales technical support and conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective application and integration of precision instruments in clinical practice.
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance customer competency.
- Contribute to business improvements by streamlining technical processes and driving continuous enhancement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Optometry, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device industry, ideally with exposure to precision diagnostic or vision-related equipment.
- Strong ability to collaborate in a team setting while providing direct customer support and technical services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia to support customers and product implementations.
