Job Description
As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in providing professional clinical support to our customers. This includes a wide range of responsibilities, from technical assistance with surgical equipment to clinical application support across various indications. You will also be involved in on-site training for medical professionals, as well as supporting marketing initiatives such as conferences and workshops. The role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill demonstration commitments.
- Prepare for and attend surgical procedures to provide technical and clinical support.
- Assist with the delivery of instrument sets or medical devices to hospitals when necessary.
- Conduct product and technical training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Troubleshoot and support nurses and other medical staff during surgeries (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Participate in marketing activities, including preparation and coordination of conferences and workshops.
- Carry out other related duties as required by the team.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while being a motivated and enthusiastic team player.
- Responsible, well-organized, and proactive personality.
- Willingness to work during weekends or irregular hours when required.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present clinical and product information.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
