Plan and execute application training, product presentations and product demonstrations
Assist the sales team in pre and post-sales support like product demo, training, and installation
Objectively determining customers requirement and understand the functionality of all available modules on the given equipment.
Working closely with sales team to ascertain customer requirements within and beyond the equipment capabilities
Working closely with sales team to determine market requirements within and beyond the equipment capabilities
Working closely with service team in addressing and delineating service issues from application issues
Determining specific training requirements and executing it for all segments of the hospitals / medical center / clinic - for both clinical and non-clinical staff
Performing and maintaining competitive profile matrix on all equipment under your care
Understand, research and develop requirements of customers and liaising with the Product Manager for further action
Keep abreast of latest development in ophthalmology
Upholding ZEISS brand value through delivery of quality service, maintaining strong professional relationship and thus creating un-matchable experience for User.
Monitor and report to Superior periodically on equipment related issues
Scheduling working appointment with customers, make oneself available to attend conferences, meetings, trainings as re-quested by superior
Expected to work beyond normal working hours during conferences, exhibition and ZEISS events as and when required.
