Task Description: AI DevOps Engineer (Application Support & Agentic AI Automation)

Role Overview

We require a vendor resource for the role of AI DevOps Engineer responsible for L2/L3 application support and AI‑driven automation across enterprise systems running on Linux, Java, Oracle DB, and WebLogic. The role demands proven, hands‑on expertise in Agentic AI to drive intelligent automation, operational efficiency, and proactive incident management.

Scope of Work

Provide production support (24x7 model as required) for critical applications

Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability

Implement Agentic AI–based automation to reduce manual effort

Deliver continuous improvement with measurable business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & DevOps

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across:

Linux/Unix environments

Java/J2EE applications

Oracle Database,WebLogic Server,Perform RCA and permanent remediation,Support deployments, CI/CD integration, and environment management,Collaborate across Dev, Infra, and DB teams

Agentic AI & Automation

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT operations

Build self-healing systems and automated runbooks

Integrate AI agents with monitoring, alerting, and ITSM tools

Deliver quantifiable reduction in incidents and operational overhead
