Job Description

We are looking for a Application Support Analyst to work at client&aposs site on a 12-month contract. If you have a strong background in application support, enjoy troubleshooting, and have experience with banking systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

Provide technical support and maintenance for banking applications. Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and database issues efficiently. Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth system operations. Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and system enhancements as needed. Ensure adherence to banking security policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for banking applications.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in javascript, jQuery, JBoss Server, Java Spring framework and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong experience in application support and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and financial applications (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
