rhi are supporting our client to find a proven Cloud, Data & Microsoft 365 Support Analyst to support data segregation and migration global scale project for our major energy client based in Kuala Lumpur.

Based - Eco City KL - WFH 60/40
Accountabilities
Cloud & Data Platform Support
- Provide SME support for cloud and data platforms across Microsoft Azure and AWS, in line with agreed designs and standards for migration
- Support Project lead in doing analysis on cloud services including compute, storage, networking, and managed databases.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and issue resolution during separation delivery.
Microsoft 365 Support
- Provide SME support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Work with our client/ vendor technical leads to plan & execute approved tasks related to tenant separation, access changes, and data migrations.
- Work with identity and security teams to plan & implement approved access and configuration changes.
Divestment & Separation Delivery
- Support delivery of divestment / separation activities across cloud, data, and M365 scope.
- Assist with subscription, tenant, account, and identity separation tasks across Azure and AWS.
- Support & track cutover events, hyper care, and post‑separation stabilisation.
- Maintain accurate records of actions, issues, risks, and residual items.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Operate in line with our clients security, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Follow established cloud, data, and M365 governance standards, processes, and controls.
- Support audit requests, access reviews, and evidence collection when required.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with project managers, technical leads, vendors, and support teams.
- Provide clear status updates on assigned activities, issues, and risks.
Essential
- 2-3 years experience supporting:
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and AWS (Main))
- Data platforms (databases, storage, analytics)
- Microsoft 365 services
- Experience supporting divestment, separation, carve‑out, or M&A initiatives.
- Good understanding of cloud identity, access management, and data handling principles.
- Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- High level language - English & Malaysian
Desirable
- Exposure to Azure and AWS data services.
- Experience supporting cloud or M365 migration tooling.
- Experience working with system integrators or managed service providers.
- Relevant Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 certifications.
Qualification
- Relevant degree from reputable organisation
