We are seeking a skilled Application Support Consultant is responsible for providing technical support that is efficient and timely technical support to customers for BASSnet ERP applications, as well as assigning tickets in a good manner to the BASS Customer Support operations. What do you need to qualify
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimal 1 year of experience in ERP application support as service desk role or a support role (Experienced in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of ERP application issues or has the basic understanding of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, HR)
- Experience in customer support tools such as ticketing and support systems (Zendesk) or relevant
- Experience with installing and configuring MS SQL Server and good knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Practical and/or knowledge of maritime software/maritime industry is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shift
