Provide primary L1–L3 application support for business-critical enterprise applications, including incident triage, issue investigation, production monitoring, and user support.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and drive corrective or preventive actions to improve system stability.
Support production releases, deployment validation, post-release monitoring, and hypercare activities during critical support windows.
Perform enhancements, bug fixes, configuration updates, and support-related application changes when required.
Support business-critical activities during Malaysia public holidays when required, with compensation through replacement leave or holiday pay based on company policy.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in application support, production support, or support-focused software development.
Strong experience supporting applications built with ASP.NET, .NET, C#, RESTful API, and Entity Framework.
Working knowledge of frontend technologies, including Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with MySQL / SQL Server, including query analysis, data validation, stored procedures, and basic performance troubleshooting.
