Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in IT support, advantage if from financial services environment.
* Familiarity with Windows desktop environments, network connectivity, and voice technologies.
* Basic understanding of trading system or market data platforms (Bloomberg, TC Pro) is an advantage but not necessary.
* Strong customer-focus with a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Good communication skills in English & Malay.
* Ability to work effectively in a small team and under pressure.
* Experience in providing both face-to-face and remote support.
* Logical problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
