Application Support Engineer

Primary:

Application support who can provide ITIL support under below areas

Incident management

Service Request management

Problem management

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory transactions, and cycle counting.

Expertise in configuring WMS functionalities and customizing workflows to meet operational needs.

Ability to collaborate with warehouse teams, analyze issues, and provide effective resolutions.

Hands-on experience in report design and configuration using tools such as BIRT, BIRST, or Logi Reports.

Basics of SQL

Secondary:

Basics in SQL stored procedures, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.

Working knowledge of Core Java for understanding and debugging application logic.

Familiarity with system integrations.

Understanding of API concepts and their implementation for seamless connectivity.

Hands-on experience in report design and configuration using tools such as BIRT, BIRST, or Logi Reports.

• Knowledge of RF devices and label printing for warehouse operations.
