Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and triage incidents; assign or resolve as needed.
  • Perform minor code fixes and configuration changes.
  • Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Participate in monthly OS patching validation and post-patch testing.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and vendors for escalations.
  • 3-6 Years of experince as Application support
  • Rotational shifts for off-hours, weekends, and on-call standby

Skills & Experience:

  • Basic programming knowledge (Java, .NET, or similar).
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Incident Management.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work rotational shifts and on-call standby.
