Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise applications and platforms. This role works closely with business users to understand requirements, diagnose and resolve system issues, manage testing activities, and ensure application performance meets defined SLA standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand business requirements and conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution evaluations for supported applications.
  • Manage and execute project and solution deliveries in alignment with business strategy and latest technology standards.
  • Provide day-to-day application support services for EPF digital platforms (e.g., i-Lindung, i-Invest) ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Manage and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality before go-live.
  • Monitor application health and performance, ensuring all systems meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Diagnose and resolve application incidents and problems, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assess and implement system improvement plans to reduce incident frequency and improve overall system stability.
  • Apply preventive and proactive measures to minimize system downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support technology enablement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a system/application support or programmer role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing and conducting SIT and UAT activities.
