Job Description

Job Responsibility

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Assisting in the development of project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Learning to prepare construction schedules and monitor progress.

Site Supervision

  • Assisting site managers in overseeing daily construction activities.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed according to specifications.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

  • Supporting in preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Monitoring project budgets and ensuring expenses align with project goals.

Quality Control

  • Assisting in inspecting work to ensure IT meets quality standards and project requirements.
  • Reporting any defects or issues to senior management.

Procurement & Resource Management

  • Helping with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
  • Managing inventory of materials and equipment on-site.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensuring projects comply with legal and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining records such as project reports, safety documentation, and progress updates.

Client Communication

  • Assisting in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Attending meetings with senior management to discuss project progress.

Learning & Development

  • Engaging in training programs to understand various construction processes, project management tools, and software.
  • Shadowing experienced managers to gain hands-on experience in project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong desire to develop into a world-class professional in the Construction & Engineering industry
  • Available to travel and outstation
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
