Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily aquaculture farm operations and new projects related to aquaculture.
2. Lead and guide farm workers.
3. Plan and assign daily work.
4. Manage aquaculture species such as Seaweed, Latok /Sea Grape, Shrimp and Tilapia.
5. Operate and monitor aquaculture systems, including (RAS)
6. Monitor water quality, feeding, and aquatic health.
7. Maintain farm cleanliness, biosecurity & SOP compliance.
8. Record daily production, water quality, feeding, inventory and other farm data.
9. Monitor equipment, and farm supplies and report when stock needs to be replenished.
10. Prepare simple daily or weekly reports for management.
11. Help improve farm operations and achieve production targets.
12. Ensure all work follows company policies and environmental regulations.
Requirements
1. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
2. Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, Biology, or any Science-related field.
3. At least 2 years of experience in aquaculture, fisheries, or farm operations is an advantage.
4. Experience with seaweed, Latok, oyster, shrimp, or fish farming is preferred.
5. Knowledge of Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) is an advantage.
6. Good leadership and communication skills.
7. Able to work independently and lead a team.
8. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
9. Willing to work at farm sites and outdoors.
10. Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn & able to work in a team.
11. Be flexible and multitasking.
