Description
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all AR processes.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up appropriately.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR functions.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of AR processes and systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AR transactions.
Profile
A Successful AR Accountant Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
