- Prepare and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and analyze AR reports to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address billing and payment inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuously improve AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
A Successful AR Accountant Should Have
