Job Description
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Thai and English.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in improving accounts receivable processes and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve queries professionally.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist/Senior Specialist (Thai Speaker) should have:
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in the professional services industry.
- Proficiency in relevant ERP software and tools.
- Must be willing to work in the office everyday
